WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Five people were injured, including three children, in a head-on crash Monday afternoon in eastern Wake County.
It happened on Peebles Road, between Mitchell Mill and Old Milburnie Roads, around 4 p.m.

The crash involved a Jaguar and a minivan.
Officials said none of the injured appeared to be critically injured. They were taken to WakeMed for treatment.
Peebles Road was closed following the crash. It has since reopened.
