Police searching for suspect in Queens subway assault

Police are searching for a man caught on camera assaulting a person in the subway.

Cell phone video shows the punching a fellow subway rider May 5th on a Queens bound 7 train.

Police say the suspect took when the train reached the 69th Street station in Woodside.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, approximately 5'9", 180 lbs with brown eyes and long black hair with a pony tail. He was wearing a dark T-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
