Eyewitness NewsWILLIAMSBURG (WABC) -- A man is behind bars after police say he raped and choked a woman in Williamsburg.
Police say 31-year-old Laye Kaba is the man seen in surveillance video released earlier this week.
He's accused of following the 23-year-old woman into her apartment last Saturday. Police say Kaba choked her with a scarf before sexually assaulting her.
Kaba faces a string of charges including rape, burglary, and stalking.
