Eyewitness NewsNORTH BELLMORE (WABC) -- Two people are dead and a third is seriously injured following an accident in North Bellmore on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened shortly after 11:00 a.m. at Newbridge Road and Camp Avenue where a car and a garbage truck collided. The driver of the car and his front seat passenger were both killed in the crash, officials said.
A woman passenger in the back seat who survived is listed in critical condition at an area hospital. No further details were immediately available.
