No criminal charges will be filed following an investigation into the fatal capsizing of a yacht off Long Island last summer that killed three children, a prosecutor said Thursday.
Two men were rescued by a passing good Samaritan after their 17-foot boat became partially submerged at the mouth of the Manasquan Inlet in southern New Jersey.
