MILPITAS, Calif. (KGO) -- A 38-year-old Milpitas man is in custody after police found marijuana plants growing in his house.
Officers found 400 marijuana plants in various stages of growth. That has a street value of approximately $600,000.
Liem Ho is in Santa Clara County Jail. He is facing charges of illegal marijuana cultivation and utility theft.
